Who receives your information

Eliyana Ventures (PBC), operating through Eliyana InfraCon, receives the information you submit through this website for the InfraConnect network and related enquiries.

What we collect and why

Registration collects your name, business name if applicable, contact details, operating location, role, capabilities, project interests and the support you seek. We use this information to review your expression of interest, clarify your needs and contact you about relevant opportunities, introductions, onboarding or InfraConnect services where you have consented.

Enquiries collect the information needed to respond to your request. A consent record, submission time and reference are also stored. A hashed connection identifier is used to limit abusive submissions. Do not submit confidential tender documents, identity documents, financial details or sensitive personal information through these forms.

Access and sharing

Submission records are stored using the website’s hosting database and are accessible through restricted administrator access. Registration does not publish your profile or contact details. Our team will discuss a proposed introduction with you before sharing your contact information with a prospective project partner. Hosting providers process data to operate the website, and processing may occur outside Zimbabwe.

Retention and your choices

We retain your information while needed for the stated purposes, subject to any applicable record-keeping obligations. You can withdraw permission for future opportunity or service contact, ask for a correction, request access to your information or request removal using the contact form.

Select “Data correction or removal”, enter the email address you registered with, and describe the request. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already took place.

Cookies and website operation

This release does not add advertising cookies or third-party marketing analytics. Essential hosting and access cookies may be used by ChatGPT Sites, including to restrict access to this private review version.

Registration is an expression of interest

Submitting a registration does not activate a platform account, enter a paid subscription, verify your business or guarantee acceptance, introductions or work. Any service engagement will be discussed separately.
